A huge thank you to everyone who celebrated the launch of our new corporate office on Wednesday, 20 September. The first floor of the Fairmont Hotel, located next to our showroom, has been converted into an open plan office space.
The building’s heritage is honoured with some areas left untouched and exposed, such as the wallpaper in the boardroom and the tiles on the floor. Continuous industrial-style lighting suspends the ceiling, while chipboard box lights dangle above meeting room spaces. Exposed brickwork, s
caffolding shelves and cement countertops result in a large loft-like open work space.
The launch event was a great success with a unique chance for everyone to come together to celebrate the company’s development. The team and family members put the finishing touches to the office branding by hand painting Honda’s global brand tagline the power of dreams onto a totem board. There was plenty of confetti, music, celebratory drinks and an array of nibbles to keep everyone entertained.
