A groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction work for our new Honda Ban Hoe Seng Auto Showroom and Care Centre at Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, lpoh, will be held on January 5, 2018.
Opening in June 2019, at more than 40,000 square foot this state-of-the-art Honda dealership will be a magnificent showcase of green building architecture and the latest in customer service design.
Targeting the highest level sustainability certificate, platinum for Green Building Index, it will feature renewable solar energy to state-of-the-art rainwater and air conditioning capture system.
The service area will have 21 service bays to provide quick and convenient service to more customers. The dealership will be able to accommodate more than 3000 vehicles every month and feature a café and family area.
Director Ban Hoe Seng Auto Dato’ Lim Si Boon said: “We are moving, expanding, and may soon have the accolade of the newest Honda building in Ipoh but what really matters is how we achieve that through our lasting footprint on the environment and how we put our customers at the heart of design.
“We are striving for platinum rated Green Building Index, which means we will be one of the greenest buildings in Malaysia”.
This is an exciting chapter for the brand, with the expanded showroom and service centre creating new jobs and further opportunity for the retail market in North Ipoh.
